We ship across India from our facility, and we roast close to dispatch — freshness is the point.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays move the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched: metro cities 3–5 business days; rest of India 4–7 business days. Exact timing depends on your PIN code and is shown by the courier’s tracking. Remote PIN codes can take longer.
Shipping partners
We ship through the Shiprocket network, which assigns the best courier for your PIN code (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and others).

- Orders of ₹999 or more: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79 (inclusive of GST)
Payment & COD
Cash on Delivery is available across India. Online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay) is coming shortly.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if opted in) the moment your order ships. The link shows live courier status; tracking can take a few hours to activate after dispatch.
Delays
Monsoon disruptions, festival load and courier issues occasionally add a day or two. If your order is materially late, message us on WhatsApp +91 81092 40529 with the order number — we chase the courier from our side.
Failed delivery & RTO
Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times and call the number on the order. If delivery fails (wrong/incomplete address, repeatedly unreachable, refused) the parcel returns to origin (RTO). We will contact you to either reship (a new shipping fee applies) or refund the product value minus the original shipping cost once the parcel reaches us. Please double-check your address and keep your phone reachable on delivery day.
Address changes & damage
We can change a delivery address only before dispatch — message us immediately. Parcels damaged in transit are covered by the 48-hour claim process in our Refund & Return Policy.
