These terms govern your use of miaminuts.com and every order placed on it. The store is operated by Miaminuts, a partnership firm registered at 318-Meghdoot Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452011, India. FSSAI registration no.: 21426850011960. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Who these terms and conditions apply to
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You confirm the details you provide are accurate and that your delivery address is within India.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch — until then we may decline or cancel an order (for example: stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, an unserviceable address, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, nothing is charged — every order is paid on delivery.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We take care with pricing, but if a clear error occurs (e.g. a misplaced decimal), we may cancel the affected order before dispatch; nothing is charged. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Food & allergen disclaimer
Our products contain or may contain peanuts (we roast in groundnut oil), milk (in Cheddar & Herbs), tree nuts, seeds and dried fruit, and are packed in a facility that handles all of these. If you have a food allergy, read the pack label before consuming and consult your doctor. Product images are illustrative; makhana and nuts are natural produce, so size, colour and appearance vary between harvests. Nutritional information appears on the pack; test reports are available by email on request (see our Quality and transparency page).
Delivery, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are in the Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, the MiamiNuts name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use, scrape the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer-protection rights available where you reside, courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
