Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch — until then we may decline or cancel an order (for example: stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, an unserviceable address, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We take care with pricing, but if a clear error occurs (e.g. a misplaced decimal), we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you in full. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Food & allergen disclaimer
Our products contain or may contain tree nuts, peanuts (we roast in groundnut oil), seeds and dried fruit, and are packed in a facility that handles all of these. If you have a food allergy, read the pack label before consuming and consult your doctor. Product images are illustrative; makhana and nuts are natural produce, so size, colour and appearance vary between harvests. Nutritional information is per batch and appears on the pack and our Lab Reports page.
Delivery, returns & refunds

Intellectual property & acceptable use
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, the MiamiNuts name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use, scrape the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
